Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of KickarooFC, software operated by Artisan Agility, LLC ("we", "us"). By signing up for an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use KickarooFC.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a KickarooFC account. Accounts are for individuals — clubs and leagues operate by giving roles (owner, admin, coach) to individual accounts, not by sharing a single login.

Parents and guardians use household accounts to manage information about minors in their care. By creating a household and adding a child, you confirm you have the legal authority to do so.

You're responsible for keeping your password and any two-factor secrets confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are inactive for an extended period, or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.

You agree not to:

• Use KickarooFC for anything illegal, or for harassment, hate speech, or content that endangers minors.
• Upload data you don't have permission to share, including other families' personal information without their consent.
• Interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts you don't own, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape data at scale, or circumvent rate limits.
• Use the broadcast or SMS features to send unsolicited marketing or content unrelated to the club's activities.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the data you put into KickarooFC. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that data as needed to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your data, and we don't use it for purposes outside of running KickarooFC.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. New paid plans start with a 30-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the first billing period.

You can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't prorate refunds for time already paid for, except where required by law. Annual plans are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Family-side registration payments (registrations, optional fees, scholarships) flow through Stripe to the club's configured account. We may collect a per-transaction fee or a flat platform fee as disclosed at the time of payment.

When you sign up, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account (verification, registration confirmations, payment receipts, schedule changes, security alerts). Optional notifications — broadcasts, SMS reminders, marketing email — require your opt-in and can be turned off in account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.

KickarooFC integrates with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for outages or behavior of third-party services we don't control.

KickarooFC is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Schedules, rosters, and other club data are tools — the club, league, and families are responsible for the underlying decisions (eligibility, age-band placement, conduct).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of KickarooFC is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your content or your misuse of the service, or (c) your violation of another person's rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, after notice where practicable. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to current users and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
